Prior to founding Mango Advisors, Sandeep was with Kotak Mahindra group for 18 years and a part of the Kotak Leadership Team (KLT). Started with Car Finance business at the Group, he co-built along-with Prakash Dara, two successful and highly profitable business units at Kotak Mahindra Group – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Home Finance.
Being Business Head of multiple businesses at Kotak, he brings with him immense experience of building and managing profitable and scalable businesses, innovation, relationship management, business development, investment banking and strategic advisory.
Maharshi Shastri is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over two decades of experience as a lender, consultant, and an investment banker. After earning his degrees at NMIMS and JBIMS, Maharshi made his mark in the Kotak Group.
Over a 14-year tenure, he provided an array of consulting and financial services across Car Finance, Business Banking, and Commercial Real Estate. He was instrumental in setting up Kotak’s Business Banking Division in Gujarat and Commercial Real Estate business from inception.
As Director of West-1 for Mango, Maharshi heads Mango’s Syndication and Land teams for our offices across West India.
Rajesh Bhatia has 26 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, and Financial Product Development and Advisory under his belt, with a specialization in turnaround and transformational Management.
He spent 9 years in various roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, including large- and mid-corporates and debt syndication, and was involved in marquee structured promoter finance deals in Pune and Bnagalore. He then went on to serve as Executive Vice President and Area Head- ROMG Large Corporates at Yes Bank before joining the Mango team in 2016.
Rajesh spearheads the IB and Strategy Advisory practice for Mango as Director of West-2 across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Hetal Kotak is an astute retail, brand and business management professional with over 25 years of industry experience. He has led businesses in Fashion & Retail as CEO and COO for brands such as Ritu Kumar, Raymond, ColourPlus, Lee Cooper, and Park Avenue, amongst others.
In his last role as CEO, Hetal was involved in building a ‘digital first’ pet care start-up, Zigly, from scratch. His entrepreneurial bent of mind has enabled him to captain many turnarounds and bring businesses to a path of sustained growth.
Hetal now acts as Director of South for Mango, overseeing the offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
A Management Graduate with 16 years of rich and diversified experience in financial services primarily in the Mid-market and SME space focusing on Business Development, Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining Mango Advisors, Siddharth worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank for over 11 years and his last position held was Vice President & Regional Head – Mid-Markets (SME). Prior to Kotak, his experience includes multiple domestic and MNC BFSI organisations with varied roles across Sales, Marketing and Business Development functions.
During his stints, Siddharth played a lead role in pilot development, test marketing, execution and successful launch of multiple new financial products from a zero base to the targeted levels of performance and revenue.
Vijay is an Engineering post-graduate and a MBA (Finance and Marketing) from TAPMI. He has over 15 years of rich and diversified experience encompassing Technical Operations, Finance and Marketing and Sales.
Prior to Mango Advisors, he was at Yes Bank in their Corporate Banking team and has experienced Relationship Management with corporates into sectors such as infrastructure – power, real estate, hospitality, venture capitalists and PE. In addition, he was also involved in certain key Investment Banking assignments
A Chartered Accountant, with over 4 years of rich experience in financial services. Rahul has a sound understanding of corporate client relationship, credit risk and financial analysis and modelling.
Prior to joining Mango Advisors, he was associated with CRISIL Limited, undertaking credit analysis and bond ratings. Has been involved in tracking US Infrastructure industry and assisting global analyst in US Infrastructure Bond Ratings. He brings on board the strengths in Financial Modelling and Analytics.
